samsung galaxy note 3 - is there way to remotely turn on your android phone?

I'm not talking about remotely control the device. I'm talking about remotely turn on the cellphone.

I lost my phone and try to connect it remotely. but a device is keep offing for 2 days.

it's kind of strange. so is there any way to remotely turn on the phone?
