browser - Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 doesn't recognize double-clicks

I wanted to buy a Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 to demonstrate a web application I wrote, but the one on display was not able to sense a double-click (double-tap?). The salesman said it only had a mobile browser, which didn't know about double-clicks.

Isn't there a way to put these machines into a mode that recognizes normal desktop-type input, like left-click double-click, right-click?
