rooting - How can I root my 4.4.2 razr maxx hd verizon

I've tried everthing that I can think of to try and root my razr droid maxx hd verizon phone. Towel root, sunshine, and can't even remember all of the othes to try a root it. Nothing works ! It's running 4.4.2
